Is the free tier actually free?
Yes — not free trial, not freemium-with-a-time-bomb. 3 active boards, unlimited collaborators, 10 starter templates. We don’t take payment details unless you upgrade.
What counts as “an active board”?
A board with at least one edit in the last 90 days. Archived boards (read-only, no edits) don’t count toward the limit. You can archive an unlimited number on the free tier.
Pricing per user — does that include guests?
No. Guests — collaborators outside your workspace — are free on every plan. You only pay for members of your workspace. Most workshops we see have 4–6 internal members and 10+ guest collaborators.
Do you charge by minutes for video huddles?
No. Video huddles are included in Pro and Enterprise — unlimited minutes, up to 12 webcams per huddle. We use the same WebRTC stack as the rest of the canvas; no extra metering.
Can I import from Miro or FigJam?
Yes — we have import for Miro RTB files and FigJam JSON exports. Sticky notes, frames, connectors, and basic shapes come across. Comments transfer too, but attached video / audio doesn’t.
Annual discount?
On Pro: 15% off if you pay annually. On Enterprise: bigger volume discounts — 20–30% depending on seat count.
Cancellation?
From the workspace settings, two clicks. No retention call. You keep access until the end of the billing month. Boards stay accessible to your team in read-only mode for 60 days after cancellation, then are exported and deleted.
